The Idea

The idea for Dream Park was born from our dream of creating something new and unique for Malmö, a music festival that not only celebrates the city’s creative spirit but also highlights it on an international stage. After ten successful years with Big Slap, where we put southern Sweden on the festival map and broke records in both attendance and reach, we felt it was time to take the next step. And that’s where Dream Park comes in.

Behind the festival is us, the same team that created Big Slap. The dream of Dream Park has been with us for a long time, and now we finally have the opportunity to make it a reality. For us, this is about more than just music, we want to create a complete experience that reflects Malmö and offers something for everyone. From global stars on stage to incredible food experiences and an atmosphere where everyone feels included.

Malmö is a city filled with creativity, diversity, and energy, and with Dream Park, we aim to take this to an entirely new level. Our ambition is for the festival to not only become the largest in Sweden but also one of the most memorable experiences for everyone who attends.It has been a long journey turning Dream Park from an idea into reality, but we are confident that this will be something truly special. On August 1–2, 2025, we will open the doors to something we’ve dreamed of and worked hard to create. We hope you’re as excited as we are – see you at Dream Park!
